During the Talk, Dr. Belfer tracked the recent history to terrorism activities in Bahrain linked to Iran and highlighted the broad measures taken to put in place transparent policing and human rights protection reforms. He went on to note that the combined capabilities of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and UAE is immense and coupled with the Middle East Strategic Alliance (MESA) poses a credible prevention force to counter Iran.
