This Think Talk highlighted the LNG sector from a local and international perspective, discussing the latest developments and the role LNG plays in the global energy mix and future prospects.
Derasat hosted a discussion on ‘Regional Dynamics: patterns and perspectives’ with visiting official, Steve Feinberg, Division Head for Iran, Iraq and the Gulf States at the US State Department.
In a recent seminar held by the Bahrain Economic's Society, with regards to 'Education in Bahrain', Derasat researchers, Dr. Omar Al Ubaydli and Ghada Abdulla, took part in a panel discussion.
The workshop, held on 5th September 2019, aimed at presenting the situation of the refugees in host countries as well the conditions inside Syria and whether those conditions permit a sustainable return. More importantly, the workshop presented a platform for Western countries to clarify their position on the return of the refugees.
