In the previous article, the current and future state of the Non-Aligned Movement was discussed at a conference in Azerbaijan. The participants identified several challenges facing the movement. One of these challenges is the influence of states’ engagements with other international partnerships, whether political, security, or economic, which affects their commitments within the movement. Despite these challenges, there is a prevailing spirit of optimism and cooperation among member states and other regional organizations to identify common priorities and develop new mechanisms for collaboration in addressing shared challenges such as climate change and food security. The conference represents an opportunity for the movement to rejuvenate and enhance its role through integration and the inclusion of new members, thereby promoting a multipolar global order and working towards the benefit of all.
